MRO’s Governance and Personnel Committee (GPC) assists the board in fulfilling its oversight responsibilities in governance, board, and personnel matters. The Governance and Personnel Committee is comprised of a majority of independent directors and is chaired by an independent director elected by the independent directors. The chair of the committee provides advice to the board chair on setting the board’s agenda and other strategic matters, including the independence of MRO’s Compliance Monitoring and Enforcement program.
