The Midwest Reliability Organization, Inc. (“Corporation”) shall not be liable to any Member for damages arising out of or related to any directive, order, procedure, action, or requirement duly approved or taken under the Corporation Bylaws.
No Member shall be liable to any other Member or to the Corporation for damages arising out of or related to any action by the Member duly taken pursuant to any directive, order, procedure, action, or requirement of the Corporation under the Corporation Bylaws.
Each Member waives any future claim it might have against the Corporation or other Members arising out of or resulting from any directive, order, procedure, action, or requirement of the Corporation duly taken under the Corporation Bylaws.

The Corporation waives any future claim it might have against any Member arising out of or resulting from any action taken by a Member pursuant to any directive, order, procedure, action, or requirement of the Corporation duly taken under the Corporation Bylaws.
