Organization Registration & Certification

MRO establishes and maintains its regional North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) Compliance Registry (NCR) of Bulk Power System owners, operators, and users that are subject to approved Reliability Standards.

• The current NCR Matrix is posted on the NERC website.

MRO ensures the Certification and/or Certification Review of all entity organizations with reliability responsibilities requiring Certification, this includes Reliability Coordinators, Transmission Operators, and Balancing Authorities take actions in Real‐time that impact the reliable operation of the Bulk Power System.
