Midwest Reliability Organization began the process of migrating entity data from our previous compliance platform, webCDMS, to the new ERO Enterprise Align platform and Secure Evidence Locker (SEL) in 2021. We are excited to announce that by the end of this year our transition to Align will be complete. Align and the SEL are designed to process and track all compliance monitoring and enforcement activities with the goal of improving data security and standardizing processes on a common platform across the enterprise. As we complete this transition, there may be a few items your organization needs to complete before webCDMS sunsets.

All functionality related to self-reports, self-logs, mitigation plans, and enforcement actions has already migrated to Align. There may, however, be historical information in webCDMS that your organization is responsible for retaining. This includes any attachments that were not migrated to Align or the SEL.

Other important items to note about Align:

• Beginning in 2024, audits will be completed in Align
• The webCDMS system will cease to be available after December 31, 2023
• Your organization is no longer required to retain a webCDMS certificate
